My Boy'sterous Reflections

1. My absolute favorite movie of all time in English is The Shawshank Redemption and in Hindi is Jo Jeeta Wahi Sikandar

2. My favorite movie as a child was Free Willy , infact till date i still can watch it anytime ..i loved the character Jesse and the big orca whale and the whole idea of an umimaginable friendship between a child and a whale !!

3. The best movie quote ever is from the movie Runaway bride ..Its my absolute favorite and it happens when Richard Gere shares with Julia Roberts his thoughts on a perfect proposal and it goes like this " Look, I guarantee there'll be tough times. I guarantee that at some point, one or both of us is gonna want to get out of this thing.But I also guarantee that if I don't ask you to be mine, I'll regret it for the rest of my life, because I know, in my heart, you're the only one for me."

4. My favorite actress is ooh thats a tricky one ..i love Julia Roberts , Meryl streep , Shabana Azmi and my favorite actor is Morgan Freeman ,i even love Keannu Reaves and Naseeruddin Shah , Farooq Shaikh , Aamir khan ..i guess i should rephrase the question to my favorite's' .. :P

5. The movie I could watch over and over is well it might sound quirky but absolutely any movie that ive loved watchin the first time i can watch it any no. of times .

6. My favorite movie genre is romantic movies ..i enjoy comedies and thrillers too but sappy stuff , bring it on anytime !!

7. A movie I'd like to watch this weekend is The Back up Plan ..no matter what anybody says i kinda like JLo ..you can tune in for the review on Monday !!

Its Friday , yet another round of Fill in the blanks hosted by Lauren at the little things we do.. so here i go ..

I cant believe its been a week and i haven't penned down a word ..time does seem to be flying fast !! As for the whole week , well i've been busy and lazy , happy and sad ..ive learnt yet again that while you may or may not have a plan for yourself , life always has a plan for you .. and all one needs to have is faith and belief .. on that note i celebrate life and indulge in my favorite feature of the week Fill in the blanks hosted by the lovely Lauren at the little things we do ..you're most welcome to link up and play ...

Here are my answers :

1. Today i am wearing my pink tee and pink PJ's

2. My favorite childhood food was Chinese and my favorite food now is still Chinese ..i could have chowmein anytime of the day not to mention Orange / Kung pao chicken my fav dishes ..slurrrrrrrrp !!

3. A day that i am too busy is rare but the day i fall asleep before hubby does or before bugging him to chat with me some more is most definitely a day I was too busy :P

4. The last movie i saw was Road,Movie - a hindi movie starring the very hot and talented Abhay Deol and the next movie I want to see is Remember Me ..reviews anyone ??

5. My favorite smell is the smell of the first rain of the season, as it falls on the parched earth because nothing smells so good !

6. A weird little quirk i have is everytime i go outside the house , even if i have the keys , the access card etc etc ..i still check everything twice , sometimes even thrice.. it might feel like OCD but i always have the feeling i am forgetting something.

7. When i take personality quizzes they always say I'm an extrovert , make friends easily ..

Im finally part of history.. i finally made it as audience for Season 7 for The Ellen Degeneres show and it was super super fun ..It was her Oscar special show and oooooh i still cant believe i was there to watch it live.. I have so much to tell you but that will have to wait coz today is Friday and its time for fill in the blanks ..a weekly feature hosted by Lauren at the little things we do .. 1. One thing i MUST do before i die is travel the world with my partner.

2. I would rather not have someone as a friend than have someone without his/her own identity anyday ..yeah this one's for someone particular who btw is absolutely spineless

3. If i could give my younger self one piece of advice it would be to prioritize what and who's important in life and also to study as much as you can before you start working ..it doesnt come easy after that !!

4. If i won the lottery tomorrow id donate some , save some and spend most on travelling around the world with my family and good friends ..

5. The best surprise ever was when i was among the few selected for an All India Talent scholarship and i was in Std VI.

6. My biggest fault is i am too emotional and my heart rules over my head .

7. My biggest strength is ill have to agree with Lauren on this one that im a people person , easy to get along with , easily make friends and can make others feel at home and welcomed ..
